Developed multistage client specific implementations for purposes of data staging, cleansing, identifying, categorizing, and processing shipment level goods between two client parties Shippers and Freighters. The delivered client products were a daily set of automated processes to handle the product categorization, rating of shipments, general ledger account coding, and a full set of custom defined reporting with data validations occurring at every stage to catch any missing or invalid data. These systems would facilitate the general day to day operations for a given set of clients with only dispute resolutions between client parties or customer service issues requiring a manual process.

Defined business requirements, designed and developed an InstallBase database to capture all shipped engineered to order machinery nationally and internationally. Extracted and staged all historical data from multiple ERP systems including MANMAN, MAPICS, BAAN, and ORACLE. Wrote ETL processes to combine, cleanse, translate, and insert all historical data into the InstallBase database including customer, customer location, sales order, project, bill of material, and product categorization data. Developed processes to manage day to day shipped activity on a go forward basis. Built data warehouse and reporting systems for executive, management, sales, marketing, engineering, and customer service level users. Implemented database cubes, fact tables and dimensions to allow viewing data from various perspectives using Excel power pivot as the user front end.
