Jason Marcus represents whistleblowers in False Claims Act and other qui tam actions nationwide. His cases include Medicare and Medicaid fraud (hospital and physician billing, kickbacks, hospice and SNF, off-label pharmaceutical marketing, pharmacies), government contractor fraud, grant fraud, customs fraud, and HUD fraud. He has also represented whistleblowers reporting under the NDAA, IRS, and SEC Whistleblower Statutes.
