Facilitator of the Army's Resilience train the trainer training program through 10 course iterations of 65 personnel each. The resilience program incorporates 14 skills designed to improve the resilience and well being of individuals in both their personal and professional relationships.

Armor Basic Officer Leader Course instructor in the vehicle tactics and operations phase of training. Responsible for training 420 students annually on the operations and employment of tactical vehicles and equipment to ensure mission success.

Operations manager for Armor Basic Officer Leader training unit. Responsible for developing systems to track and manage personnel records and actions of 65 students and 25 cadre on a daily basis.

Certified Battle Staff Operations Supervisor for a Cavalry Squadron of 405 Soldiers. Directly managed 12 personnel daily. Supervised tasks involved managing and coordinating ammuntion, land space availability, training, travel, financial reimbursement through the Government Travel Card (GTC) system, developing orders for subordinate organizations, and reporting status' to executive levels through applied operations management concepts of process design forecasting, scheduling, and quality management. Developed process improvement concepts. Daily tasks included the ability to explain the dynamics of operations strategy, recommended facility and design layout, implemented quality management, executed project management principles and applied project scheduling techniques, communicated effectively and applied interpersonal skills in an organizational setting, applied the structure and roles of the Brigade Combat Team, and discussed the range of military operations in a larger context.

Served as a Platoon Sergeant supervising 23 personnel on a daily basis.
