Business Development Manager
CurrentSpecialty Markets Group industry rep that works towards specific industry expertise that allows for a unique understanding of customers/end users. Current territory includes the western US while covering the specific industry of Industrial Cleaning and Excavation. The understanding of the services, equipment, and utilization produces a unique relationship that is provided to customers compared to traditional finance companies. External relationships include owner/operators, presidents, cfo/controllers, operations managers, and vendor sales divisions. Internally, the position involves an understanding of every step the customer goes through and walking them through it: initial contact, quoting/proposal, gathering credit package, credit department review, closing the deal through documentation, and account maintenance through payoffs, additional equipment needs/transactions, collections, and account termination.
