Preside over misdemeanor and traffic cases committed throughout the jurisdiction of Jacksonville, Alabama

I am responsible for all phases of litigation matters in which my clients are involved in both Federal and State courts. I handle both insurance defense and general corporate litigation. I also advise and represent businesses with workforces from one to several hundred. Additionally, I serve as outside General Counsel for the civilian redevelopment board overseeing the transition of the former Fort McClellan Army base to private industry/development (www.exploremcclellan.com). I represent the State of Alabama in child support enforcement. I am responsible for all aspects of case management, preparation, client contact/coordination, operation and management of the office. Other representative clients (current and former) include: City of Anniston, Alabama, Calhoun County Commission, Alabama Regional Communications System, Calhoun County EMA, Calhoun County E-911 District, State of Alabama Department of Human Resources.

I served approximately 6 years on active duty at a medium-sized Army installation comprised of over 5,000 soldiers and over 5,000 civilians. I held the successive positions of: Legal Assistance Attorney, Trial Counsel, Chief of Military Justice and Senior Defense Counsel. In my final position as a defense attorney, I handled cases throughout the Southeast United States.
