Chief Operating Officer of Alamance District and supervises one professional in another District of operations. Accountable for achievements and operations in both Districts. Serving as the operating officer of the district(s) and is responsible for the effective organization, operation, and promotion of the council program within the district(s). Is responsible for the achievement of district(s) objectives, including the annual goals. Works with the chairman and commissioner of the district committee(s) and commissioner staff(s) to fulfill their functions and facilitate the optimum collaboration between the district and the board. Manages council annual Popcorn fundraising campaign valued at $500K.

Manages and executes council activities while supporting all district activities. Provides leadership to multiple Board committees. Directs the management and operations of the council's outdoor facilities, and provides leadership to the council's special fund-raising efforts. Managed multiple property employees responsible for manage, upkeep, and project management of new and remodeled facilities. Managed annual budgets on all properties valued over $10M. Helped developed and managed property long range plan.

• Manage recruiting operations and manpower processing requirements for 338 recruiters, 36 recruiting centers, and 14 recruiting companies. • Use Web-based system to retrieve historical data for operational analysis.• Monitor enlistment processing of 1,500 plus applicants and conduct quality control of applications and enlistment contracts.• Analyze recruiting regulations and current policies to ensure proper adherence.• Mentor 36 center managers with advice and procedures to increase efficiency and prospecting techniques for new applicants.• Work with the Senior Trainer to develop training needs and events based on previously analyzed trends.• Conduct training with recruiting managers and recruiters to increase proficiency in recruiting activities.

• Conduct inquiries and investigations into suspected and alleged recruiting improprieties for the U.S. Army Recruiting Command.• Assist Investigating Officers with interviews and data research in the completion of investigations. • Conduct inspections and audits for 41 recruiting battalions based on the Battalion Management Reporting System in accordance with current regulations, recruiting programs, and policies.• Analyze and review positive and negative trends to provide recommended improvements to the recruiting enlistment process.• Train recruiting personnel at all levels on recruiting programs and procedures to increase production and reduce the amount of deficiencies

• Manage up to 14 recruiters in recruiting activities to increase applications and community support• Counsel recruiters in specific areas of professional and personal development, potential advancement, and leadership.• Conduct training with all soldiers to develop specialized skills to increase successful recruiting activities; Lead generation, applicant interview techniques, application process, contract process, and new soldier training and preparation to ship to training.• Conduct presentations to high school and college students, community leaders, and media outlets.• Create and manage recruiting center management systems.
