Develop section training goals for IDT and AT periods. Clearly communicate training objectives, timelines, and requirements to section NCOICs. Ensure all section equipment is fully mission capable and on hand for training. Serve as the Brigade Knowledge Management Officer, Brigade Liaison Officer, and primary CPOF instructor to subordinate units. Perform other duties as assigned by the Brigade S3.

Manage over $3 million in inventory by providing near Just in Time delivery of 1,100 SKUs. Develop vendor relationships, recruitment and purchase agreements. Provide inventory use projection and purchase plans in order to reduce expediting expenses. Develop logistics system for continental and international commodities. Commander of Reconnaissance Troop Unit of 86 personnel and $42 million in equipment. Responsible for the development of the Troop into a cohesive, effective, combat unit. Responsible for training, administration, supply, maintenance, transportation, security, and morale of the unit. Responsible for maintaining unit strength at or above authorized level by providing an effective recruiting and retention program. Responsible for the development of junior leaders. Responsible for maintaining good public relations between the National Guard and the local community.

Responsible for providing the commander with all-source intelligence assessments and estimates at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels dealing with enemy capabilities, intentions, vulnerabilities, effects of terrain and weather on operations, and predict enemy course of action. Directs tasking of intelligence collection assets; produces threat estimates to support doctrine, training, and combat developments; ensures proper dissemination of intelligence information and products; manages interrogation operations of enemy prisoners of war and other assets; interprets imagery from overhead and other systems; directs counter intelligence and operational security operations; performs clandestine human intelligence operations and manages signals intelligence operations including jamming and participating in deception operations.

Service Detachment Commander for a 38-man Special Forces Detachment consisting of Rigger and Aerial Delivery Section, Food Service Section, Forward Supply Team, and Maintenance Section. Responsible for training, employment, morale, and supervision of the detachment. Responsible for the re-supply, maintenance, and logistical support of 25 vehicles and 12 generator power plants, parachute packing and maintenance, procurement, service, and re-supply of all Class I for the battalion. Responsible for the execution of all battalion logistical functions in support of the deployed battalion

Responsible for receiving and delivery of off campus packages in inventory in order to reduce the amount of traffic on campus. Also responsible for re-distribution and disposal of excess property.
