I Currently supervise a small warehouse where we run programs for Corrections and JobActive (Work for the Dole). We provide training in Warehouse Operations, and forklift licences in our fully operational facility. We strive to give experience and confidence to those who might otherwise not get the opportunity or encouragement to have a go.

Have worked in all aspects of warehousing, from unpacking containers to Leading Hand roles, OHS rep, Training, forklift (LF and LO), pick packing, putt away, receiving, data entry, all aspects of inventory control, maintaining up to date procedures and SOPs.The last 3 years here I worked in Inventory, assigning pick slots, reserve locations, moving stock from one warehouse location to another, setting up new picking routes, working with 3PLs, investigation etc.I have also traveled interstate to help set up a new warehouse.I left this job due to redundancy.
