I am an experienced Global leader who has worked with different types of Private Equity partners within various disruptive and growth markets. I am currently leading the launch of a CTV specialist business incorporating proprietary tech, data and insights with creative asset optimisation and curated activation at scale. I enjoy working across commercial growth teams and product strategy teams to execute go to market plans by listening to clients, operators, competitors and consumers to ensure strong product market fit and monetisation. I have been heavily involved in corporate M&A and recent acquisitions include www.advalidation.com and www.bycape.io. Both businesses are digital transformation and disruption platforms designed to accelerate the adoption of technology that opens new possibilities that could not be conceived when limited by traditional resource availability. I work closely with Founders, Clients, Creative Agencies and Postproduction Houses, Media Agencies, Media Owners, Technology Platforms and Private Equity owners. I strive to simplify and improve transparency in the digital workflow so that more elements of the creative and activations processes can be automated liberating time for high value activity and the ability to scale.
