As a leader, I have the opportunity to support others and play a role in developing their skills (both technical and human). I've thrived working in the insurance industry for 15+ years. In my roles, I've served others an an agent, worker's compensation adjuster and leader. Within the CompSource Mutual Claims Department, I partner with various business units including; Bill Review, Claims In-take, Call Center, Other States Coverage, Medicare Reporting and Compliance as well as Vendor Relations.Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, reading, keeping myself healthy (both inside & out) and working on my wife's "Honey Do" home improvement projects. I'm a die hard OU football fan and I travel to watch them play whenever possible.
