There was a particular field that required rather in depth analysis prior to populating. This particular field was the major bottleneck in our processing cycle time, and with the impending backlog, we were concerned with falling significantly behind. Jason recommended a change in the process whereby a larger portion of our resources were allocated to doing the required analysis prior to passing the claim off for processing, resulting in a significant decrease in per claim cycle time. This is a small example of Jason’s ability to see the larger picture while still working within the framework of his job and attending to his day today responsibilities Since our work with Boston Financial, I have moved onto another management position with a company in Cambridge, MA and have unsuccessfully tried to sway Jason to come to work with me.
