Before joining IBM Jason was a management consultant with PWC specialising in Strategic Performance Improvement, Finance and Supply Chain Process Transformation and Technology Change Management with clients in Financial Services, Industrial Products, Logistics and Consumer Products.Jason has extensive international management and operations experience, having worked in North East Europe (Denmark, Sweden, Germany, UK), Central and Eastern Europe, Russia, Middle East/Africa, India, ASEAN, Australia and NZ with IBM Consulting.Recent role at IBM included Chief Operating and Strategy Officer role with IBM Consulting; revenue managed up to A$0.8bn and an organisation with 5,000 professional staff including permanent, subcontractors and global delivery centres. Responsibilities included strategic and operational execution, P&L optimisation (growth & margin expansion), NPS (Net Promoter Score), Employee Engagement outcomes, Business Operations/Performance, Optimising Supporting Functions, Acquisitions and Divestitures Strategy and Execution.Jason held a previous pivotal role as Chief Operating Officer CEEMEA (Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa); setting up and leading the operating model, management system and governance of 4 operating units to create a new growth market Business Unit (revenues circa A$0.8bn, 4,000 professional staff). Jason led a number of market turn arounds and drove sustainable growth in key operations in Russia, Turkey, South Africa and Middle East and expanded into new businesses in Saudi Arabia and Africa.Jason led the creation of the “BrothersIVBrothers” community in 2012 that has raised over $2m to improve the lives of cancer patients in partnership with the Chris O’Brien Lifehouse, Sydney
