Jason Oates is LiveIntent’s Chief Business Officer and Co-founder. He’s built multiple functions, teams and products throughout his 13 years at LiveIntent. He created the first people development organization which led to the company’s first listing on Inc.’s Best Places to Work. Jason has created, trained and managed several sales teams leveraging The Challenger Sale approach and has a passion for sales and developing and promoting outperforming salespeople. He often leads strategic discussions with agencies, retailers, consultancies and publishers and loves evangelizing LiveIntent as a speaker at conferences and summits run by Brand Innovators (at Cannes, SXSW and Adweek), Media Post, Leadscon, Affiliate Summit, Digiday and eTail. Jason has been at the forefront of digital advertising for over 20 years. Most recently he’s helping to prove that email is more than simply sending and receiving email; it’s the fulcrum of identity and marketing in a mobile first world where third-party cookies are deprecated. One of Jason’s greatest joys is performing with his band RIFFF to raise awareness and money for charities like Wounded Warriors Project, The Trevor Project, TeamFox and GirlsWhoCode. Prior to LiveIntent, Jason held leadership positions at Datran Media, Integrated Media Solutions, Avenue A, DMB&B, and JMCP.
