I coach and mentor the development teams within a subset of the StellarWP brands, making sure each member is growing, thriving, and achieving their goals. I help bridge the brand business needs with the engineering needs, making sure each product is secure, well built, stable, and profitable. Finally, my goal is to make StellarWP a great place to work, where people do amazing things, help incredible customers, and have a good time doing it.

Came along with the acquisition of GiveWP by Liquid Web. Now, I oversee all product development with a mixed role of leading development and product management. Our mission remains the same, to "democratize generosity" by equipping non-profits with the tools they need to run successful campaigns and raise donations — to go forward and make the world a better place.

We train churches to reach their communities with the love of Jesus. I'm on the executive team, helping to guide the organization in obedience and faith. I'm also the lead of communications, helping others to connect with who we are and the heart we have for the church.

Developed software to collect prospective student information and handle booking requests for a college's recruitment efforts. This included a student direct-entry interface.Founded IntegriDesign Inc. to work with churches, schools and para-church organizations to develop similar software systems.Offered pro bono web/software services for non-profit and entrepreneurial organizations.

The lead of development within the company, I have the pleasure of leading an amazing team of developers in creating new and improving existing digital products. Our products help to fund amazing non-profits to change the world for the better. How great is that!

A partner within the business, working together to oversee the direction of the business. Lead the web development team on current projects and exploring new means of improving our workflow and efficiency, as well as act as systems admin for all employed servers.

Built and developed a highly specialized machine for tribological research. Programmed PLC for managing pneumatic pressure via PID feedback loop, high-precision dual-lasers, programmable servo control, and I/O interface through a programmable field bus coupler. This resulted in data collection rates from the ASTM standard rate of one test in 48 hours, to 100 tests in 24 hours.Developed software, using Real Studio, to interface with machine. This included: data retrieval, real-time analysis algorithms, test automation, database storage, dynamic 2D-3D graph production, and tentatively a Web Application for corporate database query.Developed website, marketing materials (including brochures, business cards) production, and other forms of digital media.

Developed software and design interfaces for full automation systems for use in multi-million dollar homes and offices.Collaborated in two-man programming team to reduce panel system installation-to-functionality to a few days, from the industry average, measured in months.Conceptualized and co-developed the 'iPanel' interface which became Spire's standard. Spire's new standards and functionality contributed to Spire becoming internationally recognized and a multiple award-winning enterprise by AMX and CEDIA standards.Created promotional and web-based content to increase sales and customer support, using Adobe Products such as Photoshop, Flash and Illustrator.
