My interest in the culinary arts keeps me learning and trying out new dishes and methods. I am studied in culinary management course at the Durham College to improve my culinary abilities and keep up with developments in the industry. Also, I am very interested in sustainability, therefore I make plans to use locally and organic products in my recipes and gain knowledge in culinary arts.Working in the food industry for several of years, I have improved skills in many kinds of kitchen places, from fine dining restaurants to busy catering services. I have experience in many different cuisine, but I concentrate in developing unique dishes that combine classic flavors with new techniques.As part of the team, I organized a major event for over 500 customers, praised the foods freshness and taste, and contributed to seasonal menu development, boosting business and customer satisfaction.
