Assistant Merchandiser
Current• Preparing sales report of all Media Mart Retail outlets located at Metro Stations and Airports (including Delhi, Mumbai & Chennai).• To provide the sales report to Sales Head & Merchandising Head.• To check the outlet wise vendor sale or stock report & release the Po for all (Books, Travel, confectionaries, Gift & stationeries) categories.• Analysis the data (sales vs. procurement) for all categories on weekly basis.• Follow-up with vendors & ask for the new arrivals.• To reconcile system sales with manual DSR.• To maintain the all vendor’s agreements files.• Providing data to merchandising head on weekly basis for weekly review meet.• To check the title wise sale report & unsold title return to vendor as per agreement.• Providing the sale analysis of data (target vs. achieved) to merchandising head on monthly basis.• Schedule wise meeting with vendor & resolve the query. • Keeping track of vendor sale reports before release the vendor payments.
