• Identify and isolate sensitive personally identifiable information (PII), customer proprietary network information (CPNI), highly sensitive client technical data, and personal health information (PHI)• Incorporate personal data and individual contact information into breach notification report• Monitor notification report buildout for accurate data inclusion• Check for consistent formatting of distinct information categories, and proper category assignmentsIdentify sensitive data as defined by client instructions (i.e., HR, revenue, technical product specifications, network or security information, etc.)• Deploy strategies to identify and track data inputs.

• Utilize knowledge of administrative, workplace procedures, and systems including word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures• Exercise business and management principles involved in event planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, production methods, and coordination of people and resources• Provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person• Communicate with and provide assistance and guidance to various stakeholders, representing the organization to students, employers, and university administration
