• Can prepare Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account, Trial Balance and general ledger • Can prepare Advance Budgeting on monthly basis and yearly basis.• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement on monthly basis.• Monthly Cash Flow Statement.• Monthly and quarterly MIS reporting as required by the management.• Reconcile the Fixed Asset register with the company accounting records.• Detailed scrutiny and verification of all types of transactions including sales purchase, payments and expenses vouchers and invoices.• Follow up the receivables and payable on daily basis• Manage & Check Petty Cash Expense on daily basis. • Dealing with bankers, and maintain the all banks accounts position on daily basis.• Managing all the postdated cheques on timely basis and manage funds for their payments.• Manage and Maintenance of Trail Balance & General Ledger.• Prepare reconciliation of Account payable of suppliers, Account Receivable of customers on weekly basis.• Prepare & submit monthly Sales tax return• Prepare & submit monthly Withholding tax return.• Inventory Management. Check the physical inventory according to schedule & prepare report for management.• Prepare the monthly budget of the each department and prepare budgeted variance report with actual expenses at the end of the each month • To maintain customer financial records on computerized software like Peachtree etc.• Maintain the chart of accounts in accounting software like Peachtree.• Checking and approving the bank payment, receipts and cash payments vouchers on daily basis.• Payroll Management.• Reporting directly to CFO & CEO.
