Javier is Senior Specialist at BCG based in the New York office. His team drives Managing Director & Partner (MDP) recruiting, integration, and HR for North America. Javier's responsibilities include coordinating the Lateral and Transfer MDP integration process, supporting the Lateral MDP recruiting process, and creating analytics on both for North America leadership. Prior to his role on the MDP People Team, Javier worked on the global Special Projects team. Before BCG, Javier was a full-time professional musician and recorded and toured with a number of groups both nationally and internationally. Javier lives with his wife, Marlene, and puppy, Wally, in West New York, NJ and holds a BA in Psychology from Columbia University.
