Warehouse Manager
CurrentCoordinates activities of warehouse employees and material cutters, performs routine supervisory and human resource activities for employees such as payroll,attendance, training and disciplinary actions, review bills of ladings for incoming material and sales orders to plan work activities, establishes operation procedures for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of material and keeping of warehouse inventory, directs and coordinates the work flow of materials and customer orders throughout the process to meet customer quality and delivery expectations, confers with administrative and sales personnel and reviews daily activity to determine changes in manpower assignment or otheroperations required to meet objectives, responsible for equipment maintenance ensuring all equipment is in safe working order and routine preventative maintenance perfomed and documented, direct reclamation of damage material,controls cost in warehouse, purchase warehouse supplies.
