· Manage the daily operations of Verizon’s existing underground and aerial infrastructure in the San Francisco Bay Area and Central California north of Fresno and south of Sacramento.· Duties consist of investigations, project management, engineering, budgeting, permitting, invoicing, vendor management, maintenance and relocation of existing facilities. Coordinating with engineering firms, local/state agencies, railroads and developers. · Effectively managed dozens of projects simultaneously from cradle to grave while maintaining network integrity. Capital and expense projects range from emergency infrastructure damages, simple structure adjustment to new grade, forced relocations due to state/local street rehabilitation projects or 3rd party developers and Rule 20’s.· Utilized my past experiences as a OneFiber engineer to help my colleagues master both CANVAS and 3GIS. Held 1 on 1 and team meetings in an effort to help educate my peers on the process documents pertaining to how to create and maintain projects in CANVAS. Hands on training and walking through each step of the process elevated my peers skills and created a path for easier adaptation of the new processes.

· Lead Engineer managing a $100M+ project that included all engineering and construction activities for both the Concord and SF/Oakland markets which encompasses the entire SF peninsula and east bay California. · Responsible for creating detailed engineering and budget analysis to create a build plan for both the Concord & SF/Oakland Markets. · Leading large-scale projects such as core infrastructure builds, feeder cable builds, 4G & 5G site builds, Fiber to the Business and driving productivity through use of multiple vendor resources to meet important milestones. · Delivered over 94 4G/5G/C-BAND sites in the Concord Market and over 189 5G/C-BAND sites in the San Francisco/Oakland Market.· Delivered over 200 miles of fiber infrastructure in the Concord Market and over 160 miles of fiber in the San Francisco/Oakland Market.· Coordinating project activities with members of my team, engineering and construction vendors, developers, municipalities and consultants. · Processing reports, vendor invoices, material orders & receipts. · Skillfully created and maintained project trackers to help the team become more efficient with delivering milestones. Responsible for providing forecast slide decks for the planning of future projects.· Act as hiring manager, reviewing resumes, selecting candidates to interview and conducting 1st round interviews for open positions on the San Francisco & Concord teams. · Assisted the Associate Director with training and development of both new and existing engineers. Training consisted of understanding the market, objectives, role & responsibilities, current processes and familiarizing them with the tools required to work each project.

· Perform the detailed design for all required facility relief including Central Office transfers, major undertakings and routine activities in Solano and Yolo Counties. · Responsible for the planning, design and analysis of the outside plant facilities/network. · Provide detailed design for distribution facilities feeder & distribution to meet service demands. · Increased fiber service order productivity by 77% in 2018 from the previous year by taking lessons learned from previous years and applying them to become more efficient with project design.· Conduct Job costing activities and create project milestones for the downstream work groups. · Effectively handled fiber service orders, route relief projects and coordinating with downstream work groups simultaneously. · Participate with other groups to develop action plans to reduce operating expenses through facility replacement, modernization, bulk recovery and records correction.

-Provided high level in-depth technical support by resolving inquiries by phone, email and in person. - Install and Maintain inside wiring, IPTV, VOIP and High-Speed Internet for new and current customers. -Pole Climbing Certified by AT&T (Stepped and un-stepped Poles).-Handle all copper drop terminations as well as install CAT5 cable.-Communicate with various support groups to help assist with cross connect, account and service issues.
