Depth of experience includes board and executive level strategic financial planning, hospital and physician practice consolidations and mergers, managed care strategy and contract negotiation, board relations, revenue cycle/treasury management, debt financing strategies, budgeting and third-party reimbursement, physician practice management, capital planning and investment strategy, related organization business development, and financial operations. Now using these experiences in serving various Boards. In retirement, he is enjoying life as a grand daddy to a wonderful grandson.
