Serves as CFO of its contract managed health system in Riverdale, GA, consisting of a 331 bed community hospital, a multi-specialty physician group practice, an ambulatory surgery and imaging center as well as several other subsidiaries. Management focus has been to develop a financial and business turnaround plan, and improve cash in-flow and “bottom line” operating performance.
