• Technical Lead on DPS’ Teacher Professional Compensation project (ProComp), a nationally recognized initiative to change how school districts pay teachers. The project required the creation of an auxiliary payroll system that could handle complicated pay rules that the existing payroll system could not support. Managed consultants and developers on the project and coded the most complicated programs. Worked with key stakeholders to define the functional requirements. • Lead Developer for the Human Resources re-engineering project. The goal was to automate new hire onboarding processes. Utilized JSF, J2EE, and Java web services.

• Managed and/or served as the technical lead for the implementation/upgrade of the Lawson ERP Financial, Procurement, Warehousing, and Human Resources modules.• Developed a Java application that updates Lawson ERP’s inventory system from wireless handheld devices.
