Lay out Outsourced Processes Suppliers Mapping Strategy (TW plant), completed supplier rating via GPO (global sourcing)/Quality/Engineering/Purchasing team.Generate projects/ business models with strategy, minimize our expenses and maximize our earnings.

New Supplier assessment and New product development testing and analysis.• Work with lab and engineer for testing, coordinating NPD activities.• Support in manufacturing and quality supplier development.• Strong relationship with supplier, global engineering, supplier in quality terms.• Define supplier quality control plan per master control specification drawing.Perform process quality control plane audit and product audit during qualification build.• Manage warranty quality problem with supplier through into the root cause analysis and corrective action.• Manage mass production audit and ensure all products are compliance to product specification prior to shipment.• Manage monthly supplier quality performance review.
