Learning Python in higher education started a passion for programming that stuck with me throughout my university career. Going on to learn OO and functional paradigms, this passion only grew and was compounded by deeper theoretical and algorithmic knowledge. Taking high-level ideas from inception to functional code is my drive, and delivering finalised projects is still the most fulfilling experience for me to date.I used this drive to great success at The University of Sheffield, particularly when discovering my love for interesting AI projects such as building a virtual opponent to emulate human behaviour patterns, and writing concise but powerful game playing AI in Haskell - an experience that made me realise just how deep and varied the world of programming is.
