Currently making the switch from academia into business, interested in disrupting the EDI discipline and improving businesses internal workplace processes so they are inclusive for all. Co-owner of Divergent Diagnostics, I am currently enrolled on the University of Birmingham Elevate Programme to help start-ups build strong foundations and scale up. Divergent Diagnostics enhances team's interpersonal relationships and creates more productive workplace ecosystems, using a diagnostic model to more accurately determine the areas of concern within teams regarding EDI training and personal biases. We aim to target tech and financial industries to provide bespoke services that will protect clients against discrimination law suits and PR disasters.
