Responsible for working closely with all members of asset team in forming units and successfully carrying out ambitious drilling program. Worked with multiple working interest partners to complete all duties necessary to form units, permit, propose and drill wells in the Eagle Ford Shale while negotiating, drafting, and securing complex oil and gas leases, extensions, amendments, letter agreements, assignments, curative instruments, confidentiality agreements, JOAs, releases, and complete detailed acreage trades.Key Accomplishments:▪ Negotiated all aspects of trade assignment between Petrohawk/GeoSouthern and Talisman/Statoil that encompassed 600 net acres in Eagle Ford Shale ▪ Negotiated all aspects of trade assignment between ConocoPhillips and Talisman/Statoil that encompassed 100 net acres in Eagle Ford Shale ▪ On behalf of Talisman Energy USA, Inc. permitted, proposed and drilled over 25 wells in Eagle Ford Shale

Completed all duties necessary to form units, permit, propose and drill wells in the Haynesville Shale.Key Accomplishments ▪ Negotiated all aspects of purchase assignment from EnCana/Shell that delivered 11,252 net acres in Haynesville Shale to Chesapeake/PXP ▪ Negotiated all aspects of trade assignment between EnCana/Shell and Chesapeake/PXP that encompassed 24,000 net acres in Haynesville Shale▪ On behalf of Chesapeake Operating, Inc. formed over 100 units, as well as permitted, proposed and drilled over 50 wells in Haynesville Shale
