I am a businessman/entrepreneur with over 20 years of unique real-world experience to draw from. Sales and operational management are the backbone of what I bring to the table.I have successfully started a franchise in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. In less than 3 years revenues went from zero to over $400,000. During this same timeframe, I have also been successful in the real estate market with my most recent closing valued over 3.3MM, among others. I also led the design, construction, and startup operations for the world's most advanced vertical farming operation, Eden Green, located in Cleburne, TX. As part of the project, I sourced, negotiated, and closed on a 51-acre parcel of land for their operational headquarters that is conveniently located across the street from one of Walmart’s produce distribution centers.Additionally, I have experience in healthcare, personnel/recruiting, and retail management.I anticipate hurdles and roadblocks that inevitably come in the business world. But here is where it gets interesting; I also have the natural ability to provide solutions in a rapid manner in most environments I find myself placed in.
