As the US Partnership Operations Leader at EY, I am dedicated to driving operational excellence and delivering comprehensive financial solutions for our partners. With a focus on managing the entire partner lifecycle, my responsibilities span across the partner earnings process, cash flow management, admissions, retirements, pension management, and addressing the needs of retired partners. I am committed to ensuring our partners receive the highest level of support and service throughout their journey with EY.I previously served as the Managing Partner of our Grand Rapids office, leading audit teams for some of the firm’s largest clients in the life sciences, consumer products, and industrial products industries. Additionally, I held the role of Americas Assurance Transformation Leader, where I guided clients through their risk, growth, regulatory, and evolving business needs to help them make better decisions. With 26 years at EY, I bring extensive experience working with high-growth, acquisitive companies and have expertise in M&A transactions, equity and debt offerings, and technical accounting issues. My client portfolio has included start-ups, family-owned businesses, and large multinational public companies across the life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech, manufacturing, real estate, and technology industries and I continue to serve our clients today. Committed to making a difference in Grand Rapids, I serve as the Treasurer and Finance Committee Chair of the Grand Rapids Convention & Arena Authority, the Treasurer and on the Board of Directors of Talent First and the School Board of Grand Rapids Catholic Central High School.
