Selling Patient Monitoring and Anesthesia in the hospital and ambulatory setting to end users including Physicians and Nurses up to the C-Suite. Patient Monitoring includes ECG bedside monitors and telemetry with numerous optional modules individualized for patient care parameters per the hospitals specs. It also includes infrastructure, workstations at the nurses stations and Mindray’s eGateway. The sales cycle can be anywhere from 1 month to 3 years depending on the complexity of the solution sold.

Albuquerque, New Mexico Area

• One of only two Full Line Territory Managers selling Capital Equipment including both GlideScope and BladderScan with Non-Capital disposables• 2018 Rookie of the Year – 224.3% to plan with GlideScope and 210% to plan with BladderScan• Responsible for selling GlideScope and BladderScan to Directors, Clinicians, BioMed and Materials/Purchasing. I work through the capital purchasing process with hospitals until a PO is procured. Once capital is on site I inservice the GS/BS and make sure all end users are comfortable and confident using my products on patients.

Albuquerque, New Mexico Area

• Responsible for creating strategies that affect the entire hospital supply chain from Materials Management to the end user, improving patient and practitioner outcomes. I am responsible for introducing supply chain solutions tailored to individual hospitals, selling Cardinal branded products to increase sales and GP$. These strategies ultimately motivate efficiencies in the OR, Cath &GI Lab and hospital floors by improving standardization, productivity, patient and practitioner safety, cost containment and waste reduction all while increasing Cardinal Health profitability. • Responsible for increasing gross profit dollars through developing and closing contracts, selling supply chain solutions and Physician preference items that bolster the use of Cardinal Health Products in existing and competitive accounts. I execute key initiatives to drive GP$ including: Custom Pack Programs, implementation of SurgiCount, NPWT, Access Closure Devises in the Cath Lab (Mynx), Cardinal Ortho, Diagnostic Procedure Trays, and Endoscopy Kits.
