Installed new storage and compute resources using NetApp Clustered On-Tap, VMware and, Cisco UCS FlexPod mini. Set up Snapmirror for data replication between primary datacenter and backup datacenter. Used BAAS (Backup as a Service) and DRAAS (Disaster Recovery as a Service). Engineered solution which was based on technology from VEEAM and Zerto. Directly communicated with Singlehop who was the Cloud provider. Lead a team of six professionals who were responsible for all IT resources across 15 branches.

March 2015 – present Mission Apps Lead responsible for supervision of a team on twenty installation technicians who travel to various Air Force sites to install the AOC Weapon System. Served as Subject Matter Expert for Datacenter Technologies such as NetApp, UCS, VMware. Performed configurations of multi-suite environment using NetApp Multistore and Cisco VRF. Project Manager for multiple simultaneous installations across the world. Serve as liaison between multiple organizations on a daily basis.2014 – March 2015 Technical Project Lead responsible for coordinating installations at various Air Force sites around the world. Each site involves procurements of several million dollars of equipment and coordinating between site, leadership and logistics to ensure all needed resources are there at required times. Responsible for agency IT program. This includes things such as program manager for VITA/NG partnership. Serve as Business Owner for revenue generating software package; RTP ONE Resort. Responsible for management of nearly $1 million budget for IT. I was the project manager for the implementation of the RTP ticketing system which involved gathering input from six departments to develop requirements for project. I managed the implementation of all phases of project. This project was one of the key deliverables of the 400th Anniversary celebration of the founding of the settlement at Jamestown. I am responsible for support of software package which supports retail sales of over $4 million per year. Perform database management for multiple databases and applications for the Foundation. Work with VITA/NG partnership to provide hardware and infrastructure support to the Foundation.

Assisted in implementing Active Directory across Federal Reserve System. Worked with Group Policy Objects, Access Control Lists, etc to install a secure and stabile Directory Service. This Directory Service served as the basis of all future PC based infrastructure. Assisted in documenting the AD. Used tools such as BindView RMS Console and Active Administrator. Worked with Windows XP AD management tools such as Group Policy Management snap-ip and .Net Administration tools.
