Youth Finance USA is a 501(C) nonprofit whose goal is to increase financial literacy among the youth. We run free summer camps, run after-school programs in schools, local organizations, and libraries, and help teach elective classes As the President/ Founder of Youth Finance USA, I run every part of operation as well as leading my team to our Non-Profits goals. Whether that be creating educational content, teaching students, running the Non-Profits Finances, marketing, running summer camps, and networking with schools.

High-School Congressional Debater and Coach at Ardrey Kell High School. Through Speech and Debate I learn important communication, public speaking and research skills. As a Coach, I learn how to teach others and pass my knowledge onto others.

• Selected as a Bank of America Finance intern through the Mayor’s Youth Employment program • Collaborated with other high-achieving students to create a capstone project achieving a goal of increasing diversity and equity in the city of Charlotte• Presented a grant-based financial literacy project to industry leaders in Bank of America, Ally, and government officials in the city of Charlotte. • Recruiting new candidates for next summer’s program as an ambassador to the program

I completed four not for credit courses throughout the Finance & Quantitative Modeling for Analysts course.The First Course, Fundamentals of Quantitative Modeling, taught me important skills like optimization, probabilistic models, Empirical rule, Regression models, Monte Carlo simulationsThe Second course, Introduction to Spreadsheets and Models taught me excel solver, Linear programming, deterministic models and the basics of excel. The Third course, Financial Acumen for Non-Financial Managers, taught me how to analyze balance sheets, income statements, and Cash flow statements. The fourth course, Introduction to Corporate Finance, taught me DCF models, Sensitivity Analysis, Decision Criteria, and topics like Net Present Value(NPV) and EBITDA.

As an officer of my Schools Economics club, I regularly work with the rest of the officer team to create content and provide opportunities for the members in the schools economics club. There are up to a 100 people that have membership in the economics club.
