As Special Projects Manager/Director with Agrico Canada, I gained valuable experience in many key areas of business, including sales, marketing, IT, administration, and operations. I have diverse expertise in project management, customer engagement, strategic planning, digital and print communications, network administration, technical support and process improvement. Furthermore, I am an excellent communicator with a successful track record leading and collaborating on a wide variety of initiatives. Here are a few of my proudest career accomplishments:- Crafted the business plans and helped coordinate the transition of three separate wholly-owned retail dealers to joint venture partnerships, each of which were six to seven figure transactions and increased net profit of the businesses by 2-3X.- Created fully customized order management and sales forecasting Microsoft Access databases, improving process efficiency by at least one-third and significantly strengthening data integrity.- Overhauled the head office server and network environment, including centralization of the ERP system among 9 remote terminals and retail facilities - a six figure project. A few years later, I coordinated a full migration to a new ERP system.- Coordinated various team building and customer events that established enduring bonds, including four separate week-long agricultural tours to foreign countries for 50-60 staff, customers and spouses.
