As a graduate of Anna University with a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering, I have a solid foundation in SQL, Python, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word. I have also obtained certifications in Technical Support Fundamentals, Desktop IT Support in Real Life, and Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python) to enhance my skills and knowledge in IT support.Currently, I work as an IT Support Engineer at Comtrack Solution, a company that provides enterprise-level solutions to mid-market and growing businesses. I troubleshoot and resolve software and network issues, install, configure, and support various IT equipment and systems, and procure equipment that optimizes the efficiency and performance of the office's IT infrastructure. I have successfully handled projects involving firewalls, routers, switches, servers, VM, Active Directory, VMware, proxy servers, IP phones, IPTV, access control, WAN accelerators, DNS, and DHCP. I am passionate about delivering next-generation IT solutions with traditional customer service values, such as professionalism, dependability, knowledge, and enthusiasm.
