I love to be adventurous and be in the outdoors! Because of my hobbies, I am better suited for unexpected challenges at work. I am an emerging operations and business manager helping businesses grow through strategic forecast decisions and budgeting. I currently am motivated to perform my role at my job because I know that hard work pays off. Being able to be consistently motivated is one of my strengths as well. It isn't hard for me to really get going, put my head down, and work hard. This allows me to stand out as I continue to pursue more education and more opportunities for my career.
