As a product manager at YES BANK, I work with the auto loans retail assets team to optimize and refine the outbound call center process for increased productivity. I also leverage digital initiatives to increase organic lead flow and develop digital customer journeys. Additionally, I support the on-ground team to clear any regulatory pendency for the vehicle loan suite. Also, I take care of Strategic partnerships and alliances, establishing business and technology integrations with GaadiWeb, KUWY, CarTech Trade, Droom, FinBox and more.I have completed my MBA degree from IIM Ranchi, where I represented as the senior member of the Student Facilities Committee. I secured my campus placement at YES BANK after completing my summer internship at ElasticRun, a unicorn company in 2022. There, I worked on a project to find avenues to reduce the turnaround time for the procurement process. Before that, I obtained my BTech degree in computer science from Medi-Caps University and was offered the post of assistant system engineer by TCS. I have skills in product development, communication, and leadership, and I am passionate about creating innovative and customer-centric solutions.
