Manage all aspects of recruiting for Integrity One Technologies, including: - Recruit for all positions within Integrity One Technologies (IOT), including sales, service, and administrative roles. - Guide hiring managers on best-practices on subjects relating to recruitment, on-boarding, and retention.- Responsible for the full cycle recruiting process: - Work with hiring managers to identify key skills necessary for a new requisition. - Write compelling job descriptions that clearly define open positions to candidates and entice them to apply. - Post job listings on various job boards and advertise openings on social media. - Actively source for qualified passive candidates by writing brief, appealing InMail messages that encourage candidates to respond. - Conduct pre-screen interviews with candidates, and pass qualified candidates to hiring manager. - Close tentative candidates on continuing in the interview process. - Present offers to finalists and negotiate its details with them. - Prepare new hires for their new job!- Manage weekly updates for IOT's executive leadership team on pipeline status for key positions. - Administer a variety of employment related screenings, including Chally assessments, background checks, employment and educational verification, criminal checks, pre-employment drug tests, and driving records.
