Beginning in 2000, I have been a full-time residential Realtor serving CO. In 2002 I moved from CB to RE/MAX where I spent 15+ years before leaving in 2017 to launch a brand new brokerage, Listings.com! In 2015 and 2016 I was ranked the #1 Agent at the #1 producing single RE/MAX Office in all of North America. Those years I averaged over 120 closings per year and over $40m in volume per year. Over the course of my career, I have closed over +1800 residential real estate transactions totaling more than +$700m in sales. In 2003 I started a property management company that I still own and operate under the Listings.com Brokerage currently managing a portfolio worth +$140m with over +300 residential units (houses). To date I have successfully executed over +5000 leases with an average vacancy rate of .01% with 3 total evictions in 19 years. I started a real estate team in 2003 as I discovered a passion for shaping the careers of new agents and helping them achieve success. My team and I consistently serve the residential real estate needs of all buyers, sellers, and investors in Colorado by helping everyone from first time home buyers to the most seasoned real estate investors. At any given time we have several ongoing 1031 exchanges and have completed several hundred successful 1031 exchanges to date. Our expertise also encompasses residential development, single family and multi-family, new construction, fix-flip, fix-rent, buy-hold and BRRRR. We have developed deep long standing relationships with the BEST IN THE BUSINESS in Colorado for every expert you will need to successfully complete a real estate transaction including lenders, inspectors, appraisers, insurance, title, architects, bankers, contractors, attorneys, and much more. In 2018 we expanded our real estate operation into Colorado Springs, and in 4 years time helped home buyers and also investors purchase over 100 properties in that market. We currently offer full time management to over 100 homes in that area. We added full time leasing agents and maintenance staff in Co Springs, and then in 2020 further expanded into Pueblo. Another milestone in my career happened in 2019, when I partnered with another Listings.com agent to expand my team’s operations into Summit County and Grand County in order to help our clients purchase 2nd homes, investment properties, and STR’s (VRBO/AirBnB) in Denver’s closest and most popular mountain towns.
