Serve as a Product Owner within the Department of Defense Chief Data & Artificial Intelligence Office as well as Co-Chair of the Booz Allen Hamilton Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction Community of Practice. Routinely engage with senior level leadership, both internally and across the Department, providing breadth and depth of professional expertise, as well as oversight and support for strategy and transformation planning, complex analysis, and solutioning. Collaborate closely with fellow Product Owners, Developers, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers to source, ingest, cleanse, and curate data in order to develop products that present data in ways that provide insight and enables action by Department leaders. Currently manage Business Development efforts within the Global Defense Group in support of multiple US Governmental agencies. Provide strategic planning and advisement for Government agencies to support long-range objectives related to National Defense imperatives.

Supported the United States Forces Korea Combined, Joint Interagency Coordination Group overseeing the Command’s daily Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) planning and operations efforts across the Korean Peninsula. Responsible for leading inter-agency and inter-government engagements while also providing in-depth understanding of and expertise regarding CWMD mission sets. In this role, I collaborated closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders within the US government and across the Korean National Government to develop and synchronize policy issues affecting both Governments. Led a team of three negotiators in collaborating with Korean partners to develop nuclear response and required training policy options. Led planning and production of a multi-year strategic campaign plan to improve US and Korean Explosive Ordnance Disposal Interoperability while strengthening military training and operational capabilities.

Full time graduate student culminating with a Masters Degree in National Security and Strategic Studies. Studied a curriculum based upon three core courses of study: Strategy and Policy, National Security Decision Making, and Joint Military Operations: * The Strategy and Policy course is designed to teach students to think strategically about the theory of warfare from the early battles at sea between Athens and Sparta to the wars of the present day. The focus is on the relationship between a nation's political goals and the way in which its military means are most appropriately used to achieve those ends. * The National Security Decision Making course is designed to assist the military and civilian executive dealing with the economic, political, and military factors of decision making in the national security arena. Case studies exploring major contemporary warfare, geopolitical crises, and contingency force-planning issues challenge students to develop the skills to assess the many, often competing, demands involved in the size, shape and budget of future military forces. * The Joint Military Operations course focuses on the translation of contemporary national and regional military strategies into naval, joint, and multinational operations, with particular emphasis on operational art and employment of the sea services. Historical and contemporary case studies and planning exercises permit students to hone their skills in making sound operational decisions, to prepare them for critical command and staff positions. * The Naval War College awards Master of Arts degrees in National Security and Strategic Studies as accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. Nearly half of the American students are officers from the Army, Air Force, Coast Guard, and Marines, with several civilian students from defense-related agencies.

Served as the Chief, G3 Current Operations for the Army Materiel Command's Command Operations Center. Managed daily operations of the command in support of Operations Enduring Freedome and Iraqi Freedom, Noble Eagle and other contingencies, operations other than war and exercises; coordinated actions passed between AMC and the Department of the Army G4, other DA staff elements, Army Major Commands, Army Component Commanders and AMC Major Subordinate Commands. Ensured internal and external taskings were assigned, actioned and completed; produced and delivered the morning operational update to the Commanding General and his staff. Managed the refinement of policies, regulations, standing operating procedures, administration and communications of the OC. Served as the AMC liasion to the DA G4 staff, serving at the G4's logistical operations center further coordinating actions and operations as required. Served as the Executive Officer to the AMC G3.
