Successfully reduced GHG emissions intensity by 17% since 2005. o EHS Committee - Chairman of the Irving Oil EHS Committee responsible for leading EHS Managers from all seven business centers and ensuring EHS related strategies, policies, and objectives are implemented effectively throughout the company. As a result, our safety performance has consistently improved over the last 5 years with a Recordable Injury Frequency (RIF) reduction of more than 50%. The following is a summary of the associated responsibilities: o Compliance - Responsible for ensuring company operations met or exceeded regulatory compliance with all federal, state, provincial, and municipal environment and safety requirements. o Government Liaison – Company representative for all EHS related matters, in particular with government/public agencies seeking consultation on proposed legislation, existing regulations, industry trends, climate change, and alternative energy.o Regulatory Tracking – Responsible for the tracking and analysis of all proposed EHS legislation with potential impacts on operations. o Target Setting – Developed specific internal goals and objectives for each business center to ensure alignment and continuous improvement. o EHS Reporting – Developed and distributed key performance indicator reports to track progress and measure performance. Senior member of a design team primarily focused on representing commercial and industrial clients requiring environmental consulting, public representation, and analytical services for existing and proposed real-estate developments.
