Designed and developed high volume telecom server for originating and terminating voice-over-IP calls. Server performed handshaking with telecom switches, call routing, customer authentication and billing. Developed web-based customer interface to review call logs, billing and account information.

Developed logic for parsing and analyzing consumer credit files, calculating a credit offering using customized criteria specified by financial institutions, delivering results to customers in real time via interactive voice response solution.
