I am a Network Operations Center Technician at Global Linking Solutions, a leading provider of managed IT services and Solutions. I joined the company in February 2024, after completing the Cybersecurity Professional Certificate Program at North Carolina State University, where I developed technical skills in Cloud Security, Network Security, Ethical Hacking, Digital Forensics, and Incident Response. I also hold the CompTIA Security+ Certification, which validates my knowledge and skills in Cybersecurity fundamentals and best practices.Before transitioning to the Cybersecurity industry, I was a special education teacher for more than twenty-two years, working with diverse students and leading teams of educators. I have a Master's degree in Education from Old Dominion University. I bring adaptability, creativity, problem-solving, and communication skills to any organization. I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to real-world scenarios. I am eager to grow and advance in my Cybersecurity career and contribute to the security and success of Global Linking Solutions and its clients.
