As the director of selection and development I have the privilege of meeting with active and passive job seekers to help identify if Northwestern Mutual is the right fit for a life changing career. I walk along side individuals as they navigate their career transition, and on-board them onto our team. Once an individual joins our team, I work alongside them to map out their mission, vision, and why statement. Building a why statement is one of my favorite parts of my work. Once we cast a vision I work with individuals to relentlessly pursue their mission, vision, and why statement.Why?Because I love people, I love to see people be joyful, and I love the excitement of building new relationships.
