Logistical support activities including budgeting, property accountability, and material readiness.• Schedules and facilitates Kick-off meeting with Portfolio Managers, Procurement and Fiscal to review/discuss upcoming contracts, IT equipment projects and services.• Identify, create, track, and update IT equipment issues and concerns using automated asset information systems (Remedy).• Directs, plans, manages, and coordinates the work efforts of supply related functions and activities. Independently plans and implements the command's supply management program.• Assist the Supply officer with inventory management, property accountability, property authorizations, and property disposal. Reports any and all overages, shortages or damage to the supervisor for action.• Responsible for the procurement, storage, controlling, management and issuance of administrative supplies, equipment and material. Performs a variety of related tasks involving the receiving, processing, tracking storage, and transfer of MCCOG equipment and supplies.• Manages Configuration Management Database (CMDB's) to ensure the accuracy of data. Uses procedures and policies in collaboration with ITAM/CFM governance to maintain Remedy database.• Audits catalogs, records, or other data sources pertaining to all supply accounts.• Audit and controls the submission, record keeping, and processing of all repair requests.• Conducts audit checks items against shipping documents to verify stock number, nomenclature, unit of measure and quantity.• Practices an in-depth knowledge of supply policies and regulations, applying experience and sound judgment, to identify discrepancies in the inventory. Uses this knowledge to develop command supply chain management processes and policies.• Creates, organizes, and briefs Material Readiness Branch’s Weekly Activity Report (WAR) and Logistics Report for Division/Branch heads.

• Administered property control program activities to ensure continual accountability of company, government, or associate contractor, property and assets in accordance with applicable corporate policy or government regulations. • Maintained property accountability records and determines condition and arranges disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment. Contacts potential users and negotiates transfers. • Conducted property audits, develops, recommends, and implements property administration policies. • Provides guidance on company policy and government regulations pertaining to property accountability. • Prepared periodic and special purpose reports relative to such matters as taxes, rentals and leasing, insurance, facility usage, etc.• Monitored and tracked all IT assets in a worldwide organization. (Approximately 1,000 assets) Assets include GFE and contractor provided.• Prepared IT asset reports monthly, quarterly, and annually.• Directly supported procurement of new hardware, software, and services using established processes and procedures.• Coordinated procurement documentation (e.g. Vendor quotes, purchase authorization) and activities in support of both direct government procurement and purchases made on behalf of the government.• Directly supports retirement and removal of excess assets no longer required.

Property Management Support: Review and process Personal Property Documents in the Automated Inventory Tracking System (AITS).•Project Materiel Support: Monitor processes required in the establishment or modification of facilities in the National Airspace System (NAS).•Excess Property Disposition: Review and process documentation for the disposal of personal property, including both accountable and non-accountable equipment, furniture, and supplies.•Provide technical guidance in the Report of Excess property per regulatory requirements to property custodians.•Verify documentation requirements and assist Government personnel in the receipt of documentation of surplus material.•Develop, track and provide input on Acquisition Logistics.•Prepare and develop data and materials required for presentations, meetings, and technical reviews including follow-up actions.•Provide and /or participate in presentations/briefings as required and actively participate in meetings and technical reviews.•Review draft procurement packages and report on inclusion of required logistics elements in sufficient detail to support the acquisition to meet life cycle support requirements.•Develop recommendations for addition/revisions to include all appropriate logistics requirements in final procurement packages.•Process In-Service documentation and related capitalization documentation/correspondence.•Develop evaluations, reports and recommendations for increased emphasis on logistics requirements.

The loadmaster performs the calculations and plans cargo and passenger placement to keep the aircraft within permissible center of gravity limits throughout the flight. Loadmasters ensure cargo is placed on the aircraft in such a way as to prevent overloading sensitive sections of the airframe and cargo floor. Considerations are also given to civilian and military regulations which may prohibit the placement of one type of cargo in proximity to another. Unusual cargo may require special equipment to be loaded safely aboard the aircraft, limiting where the other cargo may feasibly be placed. Tactically, loadmasters may also directly affect combat readiness as they are also responsible for determining the load order of aircraft so that more tactically important material (e.g. ammunition) is off-loaded and therefore ready to deploy faster than other support items; this may be especially germane to forward operating bases.The loadmaster may physically load the aircraft, but primarily supervises loading crews and procedures. Once positioned aboard the aircraft, the loadmaster ensures that their charge is properly secured, as an unexpected shift of the load can produce serious handling problems for the aircraft. Chains, straps, and integrated cargo locks are among the most common tools used to secure the cargo. Because cargo may shift during abrupt maneuvers, the loadmaster must determine the appropriate type(s), quantity and placement of cargo restraint
