Current• Many transferable skills including: continual multitasking, making on the spot decisions, dealing with unexpected situations, being adaptable, providing feedback, hitting targets, dealing with delicate situations, planning, influencing and motivating others, negotiating, presenting and teamwork.• Teaching the 11-16 age range mathematics including the GCSE qualification• Responsible for pupil progress and hitting targets• Form tutor taking on pastoral duties – for example: guiding students to develop on a personal level, dealing with personal and data situations, supporting students with issues, behaviour management• Management and tracking of student performance• Day to day duties including lunch/break duties, preparing lessons, marking books, assessing students, pastoral duties.• Mentoring and training of PGCE students to gain their teacher training qualification.
