My favorite job that I ever held saw me reporting to a leader that I have often described as a walking leadership library.He had multiple bookshelves of different leadership and self-development books that he had read over the years.This leader coined a motto for our leadership team "there is no growth in the comfort zone and there is no comfort in the growth zone."We continually pushed ourselves as a leadership team and as a site and achieved world-class results.
