• Keck Medicine of USC Desktop Supporto Creating Knowledge Base Articles for basic troubleshooting and workflow procedures for end-users and other colleagues to utilize to facilitate workflow for Imaging Applications and Enterprise Operations.o Managed, configured, and enrolled Apple hardware in JAMF and deployed to end-users across HSC and Norris Cancer Hospital. Assisted in the compliance of devices and worked towards remediation for end-users in a timely and professional manner.o Independently documented and managed resetting of the MSK and Neuro-Reading Room in HC2 LL remodel project outside of assigned work hours to help team meet deadline on the project. Validated communication of domain and vendor workstations following the re-staging of equipment.o Responsible for the manual Windows OS upgrades of over 400, 20H2 upgrades enterprise wide for workstations in all Keck Medicines auxiliary clinics, including: Gastrointestinal, Radiology, Radiation Oncology. Within two months, asked to lead a hospital-wide desktop refresh project; managing and maintaining documentation of purchased IT inventory of workstations and accessories to be deployed throughout Keck Hospital and Norris Cancer Hospital.o In collaboration with team members from Infrastructure, Networking, Endpoint Engineering, and other IT branches, I developed and implemented a standardized documentation process to ensure all services and software applications are properly configured for each workstation to provide a uniform end user platform.
