Regularly accessed these computer devices remotely in order to take over situations and to resolve them.

Provided technical assistance for customers using Apple Computer products, operating systems, and software. Main area of focus was Wireless Networking. Analyzed customers’ wireless networking issues and provided workable solutions. Assisted with configuration of third party products and Apple Computer products.
