• Ensured team members provide world-class support to franchise locations by joining them on quarterly visits and witnessing the delivery of required content.

• Provided world-class operations support to 30 franchise-owned TUPSS locations in AR, OK and KS by visiting centers at least once per quarter and reviewing required content, sharing best practices and strategic.
• Completed required processes for center transfer of ownership, center renewals of franchise agreements and center closures.
• Assisted franchisees in Grand Openings and store remodels by placing purchasing orders for required store fixtures (furniture, carpet, retail merchandise, etc.) and properly merchandising the centers.

Tulsa, Oklahoma Area

Ensured the daily package operation for the North Tulsa area was completed, including all daily deliveries and pickups. I was also responsible for coordinating on-demand pickup changes due to package car overflow, handling customer complaints due to missed pickups or delivery concerns, assisting the UPS Customer Counter in locating on-call customer.
