I have obtained defense verdicts for my clients in many different trial venues across the state. Since beginning my litigation practice in 1991, I have participated in planning and presenting legal educational programs to clients and attorneys across the state and country regarding construction litigation, education litigation, transportation litigation, products liability and premises liability. I have also served as a presenter and author of Continuing Legal Education classes for other attorneys throughout the state. I have authored and presented on best practices in the blasting industry.
